Bitcoin IDA Program

Dear Bitcoin Community, I have an idea for a non profit and I wanted to hear what you think. I recently helped the non profit I work for start a traditional IDA program (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/ida.asp) Basically, it’s a matched saving program- people who are low income spend 12 months learning financial literacy skills and saving towards a particular asset such as a car, and when they finish the program the non profit matches the amount they saved- usually 1:1. So if you saved $2000 the non profit would match you $2000 to buy a car. My idea is basically a bitcoin IDA program, similar to the IDA program I just described- for people who are low income to spend 12 months learning about bitcoin and save towards the purchase bitcoin or a bitcoin mining machine. I would target this program in areas and to communities where having bitcoin would be very beneficial. Its definitely still in the brain storming stage so I just thought I would see what you thought and if you had any suggestions on some people that may be interested in hearing about this or are already doing anything similar. I also welcome critical feedback if you think it’s a terrible idea 🙂 Thank you for your time.
