They can hire iOS engineers from mid to sr. to lead level. The company has always been remote-first, so you would be working remotely during and after the pandemic. The companyrsquos products are accelerating the adoption of cryptocurrency by both consumers as well as businesses. They are used by millions of people, and in almost 200 countries. The companyrsquos user base both on the consumer and enterprise side are rapidly growing. The company has about 50 employees, and about 40 engineers. It is rapidly growing they are looking to hire 10 people in the next 3 months alone. The company will pay salary up to 160k, units of their cryptocurrency, plus equity which could be lucrative. Job Responsibilities – Leading the architecture, design and development of new features for the iOS application. The entire app is written in Swift and is open source. – Solving difficult problems around blockchain, security, and more. – Maintaining high code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and great engineering processes. Requirements – An interest in blockchain andor cryptocurrency (experience is nice but not required). – Strong in iOS development using Swift. – Ability to thrive working remotely. – A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. – At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience (the more the better). – At least 3 years of iOS experience (the more the better). – Solid understanding of mobile architecture, trends, and emerging technologies. Nice to have – Experience in blockchain andor cryptocurrency. – Experience using C libraries for iOS development. – Experience testing iOS apps. – Significant experience working remotely. – Experience building apps with a large base of users.
