Bitcoin transactions being blocked for having a poor reputation history has been around since the beginning of Bitcoin.
There’s a value difference between “Clean, Pristine Coins” and “Dirty Coins” that have been through mixers.
People want Bitcoin to be fungible. It isn’t (yet) as long as people can reject you based on the history of the coin you own.

Until the base layer can prevent these sort of subjective filters, I don’t think we’ve achieved a high level of fungibility.
